According to the official announcement from MEET48, the world's first idol fan economy ecosystem built on Web3 architecture deeply integrated with AI and UGC, 30% of the total voting revenue in the second "MEET48 Best7: Stage of Light" large-scale voting event has been burned today, approximately 8.7 million IDOL tokens. The Hash of the transaction to the burn address has been disclosed:

The purpose of this IDOL token burn is to reduce the overall supply, increase token value, and further strengthen MEET48's community power. As an innovative pioneer in the Web3 entertainment industry, MEET48 is reshaping the global idol industry and fan economy through blockchain and AI.
In the second "MEET48 Best7" event, fans cast a total of 20,342,242 votes for idols, with a total voting revenue of 28,995,200 IDOL tokens, accounting for 0.604% of the total IDOL token supply. The 8,698,560 IDOL tokens burned in this event represent 30% of the total voting revenue in the second "MEET48 Best7" event and 0.181% of the total IDOL token supply.
As of the end of the event day, according to DappBay data, MEET48's event dApp had a transaction volume of 619.48K transactions in the past 7 days, with 356.18K active user addresses, making it the number one UAW (Unique Active Wallet) across all chains in the BSC ecosystem within 24 hours and the number one UAW in the BSC ecosystem within 7 days.
